This in-depth internal survey is used to evaluate organizations across the globe on employee engagement, business agility, leadership, and focus on talent. Among other findings, Abarcans responded that:

- 90% would describe the organization as purpose-oriented/socially responsible.

Founded in San Juan more than fifteen years ago, Abarca today has nearly 500 employees working across the US. To meet the demand for its technology, clinical and operational expertise, and straightforward approach to business, Abarca has more than doubled its team in the last three years and is continuing to grow.

“Abarca has grown tremendously over the last fifteen years, both in terms of size and the impact we have had on the market,” said Gonzalez. “But our company was founded to deliver a better way, and we’re just getting started.”
